Reservations
There are three different levels of Reservations at Bouncertown.
- Party Room (Normal Operating Hours)
- Private Party (Off-peak hours)
- Large Group (full facility rental, lock-in, etc.)
Reservations can be made by calling the appropriate store near you. For reservations at our Greenwood facility, call (317) 889-1600. For reservations at our Carmel facility, call (317) 571-8696.
Party Room
Birthday parties and other small parties of 20 people or less are optimal for party room reservations during normal operating hours. Rates vary by the nature of the event and number of people.
Private Party (Off-peak hours)
If you would like a little more privacy to celebrate your special event, Bouncertown is open to small and moderately sized parties during specific times of the week. Though slightly more expensive than a party during normal operating hours, a private party allows your guests to enjoy Bouncertown in a unique way amidst a very limited number of people. You and your guests have exclusive use of a private party room for 2 hours. Prices may vary based on the number of participants.
Private Party Hours include, but are not limited to:
Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM and
Sunday 10:00 AM – 11:45 PM

Large Group (full facility rental, lock-in, etc.)
School functions, youth groups, and other large groups can benefit from Bouncertown’s physical size and varied activities. In addition, since Bouncertown is typically geared toward a toddler and preteen audience, Bouncertown’s large group reservation option offers teens the opportunity to have fun at Bouncertown without the problems of intermingling with small children. Large group reservations can be made by calling Bouncertown directly and are typically available during evening hours. Prices vary by event and number of participants. A minimum charge and deposit is required for all large group reservations.
